Nothing Here Is a Lease and Nothing Here Reserves an Apartment
This is the most important sentence on the page. Requesting a tour, sending a message, or being shown an apartment on this website does not create a lease, does not reserve anything, and does not hold a price. An apartment is yours when an approved application and a signed lease say so, and not before.
Prices and Availability Change
Rents, availability dates, concessions and unit details linked from here come from the management company's own live system and can change at any time, including between the moment you load the page and the moment you call. Nothing on this site is an offer and nothing on it is a quote.
Deposits, fees, lease terms and qualifying criteria are set by the Agave Azul on Boulder leasing office and are given to you in writing during the application, which is the version that governs.
Photographs, Plans and Descriptions
Photographs are of the property and are representative rather than a promise about a specific apartment. Floor plans and square footage are approximate, are provided for comparison between layouts, and vary between individual apartments. Amenities and services described here can change, and some may be added, altered or withdrawn. Ask the leasing office to confirm anything you are relying on before you sign.

We are an equal housing opportunity provider. Every apartment advertised here is available to every qualified applicant without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
Using the Site
Use it to find an apartment. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it wholesale, submit false information through its forms, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.
What Belongs to Whom
The text, photographs, plans and design of this site belong to Agave Azul on Boulder or to whoever licensed them to us. You are welcome to share a link, quote a page and send it to whoever you are apartment hunting with. Do not republish the material commercially without our written permission.
Links to Other People's Systems
Scheduling a visit, applying, paying rent and requesting maintenance all happen inside systems run by the Agave Azul on Boulder leasing office or their software vendors. Once you leave this site you are subject to their terms and their privacy policy, not ours, and we do not control what they do.
