Images That Were Generated

The images below were generated rather than photographed. They are listed here so nobody mistakes one for a photograph of Agave Azul on Boulder. Everything in the gallery, every floor plan drawing and every amenity photograph is a real photograph of this property. The hero film below is the only generated thing on the site, and the shots it is built from are listed with it.

  • The hero banner film Six shots, each generated from one of the property's own photographs: the property from the air, the gated entry, the painted mural, a living room, a kitchen, and the painted wall carrying the property name. No footage of this property exists, so every frame began as a still photograph of it and the camera move is the only thing that is not photographic.
  • The photograph of two coworkers on the Nearby Employers page Generated, and not a photograph of anybody. The two people in it do not exist, the workplace does not exist, and neither is connected to this property or to any employer named on that page. It stands for the idea of working nearby, nothing more. The photograph it replaced was a real aerial of this property with the downtown skyline behind it.
  • The chef photograph beside the copy on the Where to Eat page A generated image, not a photograph of any restaurant near this property and not of anyone who works at one. It stands for the kind of cooking the page describes, nothing more. The photograph it replaced was a real aerial of this property, which showed the parking court rather than anywhere to eat.
  • The neighborhood page banner images and the backgrounds behind the cards The banners on the neighborhood pages and its five sections are generated images, not photographs of the places named on those pages. Two of them show real Dallas subjects, the downtown skyline and an arched bridge over the river flats, and are drawn rather than photographed, so the buildings are close to the real ones but not exact. The other four, a park trail, a dining street, a school and a contractor supply yard, are deliberately of nowhere in particular: they set the tone of a section and are not pictures of any specific park, restaurant, school or employer. The photographs further down each page, the ones on the cards, are real and are credited above. The wide background photograph behind the cards on each of these six pages is generated in the same way, one per page and none of them a picture of a specific place.
  • The wordmark reversed to cream The property's own supplied logo, recoloured from its single blue to the cream used on this site. Nothing about the mark itself was redrawn.
